What type of batteries do the Great Point Light products take?
We have provided a battery chart on the Batteries page (click to view). The batteries you need can be purchased at Bigger & Brighter.com and at many retail outlets worldwide. Please note that many of our products come with batteries included, and the batteries last for a minimum of 20 hours.
Q: What is so special about an LED?
LEDs do not get hot. LEDs will not burn out they will last more than 10,000 hours! LEDs are extremely energy efficient for super-long battery life.
Q: What does LED stand for?
"LED" stands for Light Emitting Diode.
What is your warranty policy?
Great Point Light products use white LEDs which are guaranteed for the life of the product. Other parts on Great Point Light products are generally guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. Please send the defective part or product to Great Point Light for repair or replacement, including your name, address and phone number, a note explaining why the product is defective, and a receipt showing the date of purchase.
Great Point Light products purchased at one of our many worldwide retailers may or may not be returned depending on each store's policies. Returns of products purchased online or at a retailer need to be handled with that retailer directly.
